Cantonment Road

Our bright and spacious renovated flat is located in a quiet, serene environment right by Everton Park, Central Singapore. Nearby you’ll find many cute cafes and shops along Everton Road, absolutely perfect for coffee and dessert runs! We are also about a 10-minute walk from the busy Tanjong Pagar MRT (EW15), Maxwell MRT (TE18) and Outram Park MRT (EW16/NE3/TE17) Interchange. There are also plenty of bike-shares to help get around the area. The nearest mall is 100AM at Tanjong Pagar which has an NTUC, Donki, and more. VivoCity is a 5 minute bus ride away.

This common room is fully furnished with direct access to the living area, kitchen, and shared bathroom (shared with me). You’re more than welcome to use the common spaces and have guests over.

Raj and Lloyd are in the master bedroom and they are long-time besties! Lloyd is a spin instructor and FA who loves daschunds and PopMart, avid collector of bags and shoes. The coffee bar you see in the pics is largely utilized by him. Raj is our project manager bestie, works from home M/F, loves his teh peng, makes the funniest jokes and has a big heart.

Looking for someone who’s tidy, organized, responsible, and adaptable! Important that we have someone who’s willing to be part of a home rather than someone who’s just there to share cost.

P.S. We can only accept Singaporeans and Malaysians for now due to the Non-Citizen Quota by the Housing and Development Board for public housing :(
