Common Room for Rent in Hougang – Spacious 3BR HDB
Looking for a tenant for one common room in a spacious 3-bedroom HDB in the Hougang area.
• Current Setup: I’m occupying the master bedroom, and there are currently two people staying (including me).
• Occupancy: We are looking for a tenant for the 1 remaining common room. The other common room is occupied by the landlord’s son, who stays only 2-3 days per week, so for most of the time, you will have the washroom to yourself.
• Unit Details: The apartment is big and spacious, featuring two large sofas and a 6-seater dining table.
- Each room is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans for comfort.
• Housekeeping: We plan to hire a cleaner twice a month, with the cleaning fee and PUB costs shared equally.
• Environment: No weird rules, all genders welcome!
💰 Rent: SGD 1,250 per month (excluding PUB, WiFi, and cleaning fees).
