Common bedroom, shared toilet in a spacious semi-d near Kaki Bukit that would be available beginning 1 July 2025. Mostly female environment. Room is furnished with a bed, table and cupboard although if you plan to bring your own furniture please let us know! The common toilet is shared with two of us.

This space is well connected via bus, the nearest bus stop is within a 3-5 min walk with Eunos MRT is about 2 bus stops away. Nearest walkable station is between Kaki Bukit and Ubi MRT, roughly 10-15 min walk to either station.

We’re open to having visitors and friends as sometimes we host small gatherings and events at our space. We have meals or game nights together if the time permits!

We take turns to do household cleaning of common areas. We have a washing machine, no dryer but there is sufficient space to air-dry clothes.

There are currently 3 of us (and a cat) co-sharing the space. We are light to medium cookers and are a non-smoking household.

We hope to find someone who is able to stay long term with us. If you are looking for a quiet neighbourhood and enjoy a mix of both art, music and a garden, it’ll be a wonderful fit 🤗
