Lots of amenities within 1 km radius e.g. Hougang Mall, supermarkets and central facilities, stadium, sports hall, gym, community centre, polyclinic and Ave 8 coffee shops and supermarkets.

I’m the live in landlord and am a full time professional. My long-term tenant has bought her own property so I’m looking for another. This is a very clean and quiet household, everyone looks after and clean up their own personal spaces. I typically WFH in the mornings and will leave home by lunch time. I am generally a nice person if you don’t take the p*ss :) I can ask my tenant for a reference if you want one.
