Room info: -Possible to buy over queen bed, desk, armchair, and desk chair from the leaving housemate (me). Or bring your own. -Room is spacious enough for a queen bed (per pictures) -Comes with an AC, a spacious wardrobe and a small balcony for some breathers. Apartment info: -No funny rules i.e., OK with cooking and visitors -Walking distance (within 10 minutes) of Tanjong Pagar, Outram Park MRT stations, multiple bus stops, Fairprice, 100AM, and hawker centers nearby. -Good conditions, low-maintenance -Good relationship with landlord (not living together)
You’d be sharing the apartment with two guys: a Malaysian and a German flatmate. They are busy but friendly folk who like to chat and hang out or host hang outs with friends every now and again.
