About the room
Looking for a new flatmate to take over my spot at a breezy apartment in Pinnacle @ Duxton in April 2025.
Rental details: $1,450 monthly for a common room, bathroom is shared with another gentleman. Utilities, internet, and twice monthly cleaning come up to about $100/month. Rental contract until 30 Nov 2025.
Room info: Possible to buy over single bed, drawers, desk, and desk chair from the leaving housemate. Or bring your own. Comes with an AC, and a spacious wardrobe.
Apartment info: No funny rules i.e., OK with cooking and visitors Walking distance (within 10 minutes) of Tanjong Pagar, Outram Park MRT stations, multiple bus stops, Fairprice, 100AM, and hawker centers nearby. Good conditions, low-maintenance Good relationship with landlord (not living together)
About the roomies
You’d be sharing the apartment with two working gentlemen. They are busy but friendly folk who like to chat and hang out or host hang outs with friends every now and again.
