About the room
We are looking for a flat mate to occupy a common room in a 3 bedroom apartment at Pinnacle@Duxton (Tanjong Pagar). Rental is 1550 SGD (PUB and WiFi excluded). Other two rooms will be occupied by two easy going male professionals. We welcome all genders and nationalities (professionals).
Room will be available 15th February onwards but open for negotiation on earlier occupancy. Lease period until Oct 2026
Location • Very close to CBD. • Extremely central and walking distance from Maxwell and outram park MRT’s ( Access to green, purple, brown lines). • One bus to harbourfront • Multiple restaurants, pubs, malls and hawker centers in walking distance.

House Facilities • Large TV • Washer and Dryer • Air fryer • Microwave • Fully equipped kitchen (if you cook) • Access to sky decks on 26th and 50th floors, for breathtaking views and jogging)
These house facilities are owned by current housemates but anyone who moves-in is welcome to share them.
Utilities and WiFi will be shared among everyone equally.
You will be sharing the washroom with one individual.

About the roomies
