About the roomies
Hi! I am the anchor tenant of the property and have been living here for a year. I am 32/M and am open to anyone with different backgrounds and ethnicities, I have studied overseas before and lived with different housemates. I am open to having couples but would prefer a single tenant. I would describe myself as an ambivert, I cherish my alone time and also enjoy an occasional party. My job requires me to meet many different people from all walks of life, and I would consider myself highly adaptable when it comes to interpersonal relationships. I am approachable if youβd like to talk about anything and also respectful of your own space and privacy.
The rooms are on opposite sides of the house, which should provide you with the privacy you need.
I thoroughly appreciate the location of this apartment, as I work in the CBD and enjoy spending my weekends walking around orchard or going for a hike. I spend 5 days a week in a 9-6 job and usually allocate Sundays for staying home and preparing for work and cooking (happy to share my food!) I enjoy cycling, hiking, swimming, chilling at home with a good film, and occasionally play golf. If you are looking to learn golf, I have two sets of clubs. I share a car with a family member and usually get to use it on weekends to explore new places around Singapore.
I donβt have a specific profile in mind, except that we should have mutual respect for each other when it comes to personal space and cleanliness.
