• 3-4 mins walk to Siglap MRT and 2-3 mins walk to nearest bus stop. There’s direct busses to CBD, Joo Chiat, Katong , Bedok Interchange, Tampines Interchange and Paya Lebar, and etc.

• The building is a boutique condominium that comes with swimming pool and BBQ pits.

• The common room space is just nice for a Single occupancy furnished with built -in wardrobe (4 doors) and a Super Single bed. And it will also fit a small study desk if you wish to have a desk.

• The unit has 2 common bathrooms, 1 comes with a built in hot heater situated in the dining room and the third washroom is in the kitchen and doesn’t have hot water. So the choice is yours ;).

ohh and it’s also super breezy….like very breezy sometimes.

1 Malaysian girl is living in the common room so probably you will be sharing the bathroom with her only if you like hot showers. And she might only use it for showering as there’s another bathroom in the kitchen without a heater. She likes showering with warm water. :)

1 British male is living in the master room.

We just moved in and are both working adults, working in CBD and west side and is currently the tenants of the home. And we respect privacy. No weird rules.
