Hello! We are a group of Indonesian professionals (2 male and 1 female). We are looking for a tenant to occupy the common room in our unit, which will be available from 18 January 2025 for a minimum of 12 months lease 🙂

• $1400 for 1 pax per room (2 pax is open for discussion)

About the room/our unit:

• No owner, no agent fee.
• Fully furnished with super single-sized bed, air-con, a desk with chair, and a washing machine.
• Utilities and WiFi are included in the rent. LAN cable is provided in each room.
• ⁠Aircon cleaning service and maid service are included in the rent.
• Cooking is allowed.
• Family members are welcome to stay over when they’re visiting.
• 7 mins walk from Tiong Bahru MRT, Tiong Bahru Plaza Mall, and Tiong Bahru Market area.
• 1 mins to bus stop with multiple direct busses to Outram Park, Orchard, Bugis, City Hall, Chinatown, Clarke Quay, and Great World area.
• Hawker centre directly under the HDB, and many other hawker centres within 1-2 minutes of walking.
• 2 mins walk to Giant Supermarket and Fairprice.
• Cafes and gyms within walking distance from HDB.
