We’re looking for a roomie to share our 3 bed condo apartment with us from January. You will be the 3rd of only 3 tenants sharing the unit.

About the condo:

Fortune Spring is a quiet, low rise condo apartment, just 3 mins walk from Siglap MRT for the TEL line (20 mins to CBD). It’s 2 mins from the bus stop for buses towards Katong/Joo Chiat (11 mins) or to Bedok Interchange for EW line (6 mins). Less than 10 mins walk to East Coast Park, near to East Coast Lagoon Food Village. Siglap has many eateries at every budget, and plenty of bars/coffee shops. The condo features underground car and bicycle parking, swimming pool and BBQ pits.

We’re both working professionals (one UK male, one Malaysian female). We like to keep things clean and appreciate each other’s space. We’re both based in offices centrally. We have no weird house rules or restrictions, and want to find somebody equally relaxed and like-minded.
