I’m looking for a housemate in a 3 bed one bath walkup on yong siak street (right by plain vanilla/micro bakery!) You’ll be taking the largest room that comes with a balcony and with a queen sized bed + mattress and an ikea wardrobe! We’re still in the middle of furnishing the place so its looking a little bare! Upfront costs are : 2 months of rent + first month’s rent + a furniture deposit (under 400$)

We’re looking for :

25-30s young professional (female only) - Someone responsible, loves a chill night in with some wine (or not), is responsible with the home (bills/furniture/cleaning) and is also environmentally conscious! We’d also love someone who would be down to host housemate night dinners or is okay with just spending a quiet night in! We’d love someone who’s communicative and takes initiative with the home as well!

We’re also looking to find someone who would treat the home as their own!

About me: I’m Deepika, born and bred in Singapore and i will be working in Consulting! I’ve just moved back from NYC and love the tiong bahru neighbourhood - i’ve lived here on and off when i was back in Singapore. Love a good wine night, exploring bars/cafes in the neighbourhood and am looking for 2 individuals (late 20s-mid 30s) who are environmentally conscious, responsible and clean! I’d love to create a home with my housemates that is safe, fun and would be up for dinner nights occasionally too :-)
