Hi! I’m renting out a room located at the 20th floor at the Laguna park condo (Siglap MRT right in front of the condo). The room is located in a big 6-bedroom apartment and comes with basic furniture (wardrobe, table, chair, single bed). The kitchen and 1 bathroom are shared among all tenants. Cooking and guests are allowed. Condo amenities and facilities: swimming pool, BBQ, tennis court, small supermarket, restaurant, parking. Rent is 1000$/month inclusive of bills and cleaning of common areas once a week. A 1 month deposit is required, and short-term rental (min. 3 months) is possible. Renting date for the room is flexible. I’m the current tenant, and i’m leaving due to re-location. I’ll be able to leave to you some kitchen utensils and a pair of bedsheets if needed. Current tenants are both male and female young workers. In my personal experience, they have been kind, welcoming, and they are respectful and clean.
