Found a great place, looking for a roommate by 8th of Oct, and occupy by 1 Dec.

• Most of the clutter will be removed from the unit, but you need to get a bed for your room. (Which can easily get a queen from carousel for about $100), I can help you look too

• 10m walk to nearest Fair price and many local eateries!
• 2 stations away from PLQ/ Tampines Mall/OTH/ One tamp. -25m walk to Bedok reservoir
• Shared study room for WFH days
• Comes with washer, oven and fridge

Looking for someone that is easy going and keeps things clean. Utilities will be split down the middle, which is roughly about $100 per person on a good day.

You’ll be sharing the unit with me (a young, fun and easy going Malaysian girl). I cook at home from time to time, so we can have dinners at home and play board games if you’re ever interested. DM me if you ever want a video of the unit or view it.
