3. Non smoker
4. Can have usage of the whole place, I.e. can cook. As long as keep place clean and tidy.
5. Have legal status to stay in sg
6. Shared utility bill
7. Will hv a cleaning lady in 1xmth. (Included)
8. Commit 12mths
9. Rental $1.2k
10. Move in : ASAP

Location Telok Blangah St 31, one of the newer BTOs. Direct buses 124, 120 and 273 Nearest MRT: Labrador and Telok Blangah Walking distance to: Gillman Barracks, ARC, Mapeltree Biz Centre, Hort Park, Telok Blangah Hill, Labrador Park.

Owners: 3 cats & couple in late 40s. I will be away for a year and hubby will be working most days and travelling occasionally. Brennan is an easy going guy, loves his food and karaoke. He will like you as a housemate as long as you’re tidy, clean up after yourself, treat the house with care, not keep the AC on all day and ok with cats. He also tends to clean and steam mop the house every week.
