✅ I have a common room for Single occupancy. Its a 2 bedroom + utility HDB.

✅ We are looking at 1.3k + utility & wifi (equally shared).

✅ Move in date - 1 August

✅ No weird rules. Just need to be a responsible adult/ cat owner and maintain a clean environment. (as we agreed to owner)

✅ For anyone who prefer a quiet, safe & sound environment.

✅ Just no overstay guest.

✅ AC - 9hrs (for environmental sustainability purposes, it is flexible - the limit is 9hrs per day)

✅ we are sharing 1 toilet & 1 bathroom , expected to clean by everyone - every week by schedule ;))

✅ Yes, can cook. Need to clean after cook.

✅ No owner staying. Siblings (only 2 ppl) renting together. 1 male, 1 female. We mostly work from home.

✅ We got 2 meows in the house. If you got a meow, can roam around the house too (we might need some times to get them close and comfortable).

✅ We like to stay at home even weekends and we prefer a clean, quiet, safe & sound environment.
