Hi All,

NO LANDLORD AIRCON COMMON ROOM It’s a 3 room HDB flat which is only 10 minutes walk and two bus stop to AMK mrt. You will have the common toilet mainly used by you and visitors only.

Details of the common room:

1. The common room is furnished with 2 wardrobe, aircon, side cupboard, Queen bed frame with mattress, desk, chair, television and television console.

2. The monthly rental for the common room would be SGD1,200 for two pax excluding utilities and WiFi.

3. It will be a 2 years lease. We would need to register you under HDB.

4. Lastly, we would need to ask for a 2 months security deposit and 1 month rental when you move in.

We hope to find someone who is:

1. Not WFH (Work from home).

2. Easy-going.

3. Respect for each of us and treat one another as family.

4. Be clean and responsible for the wellbeing of the house.
