The Alps Residences. End unit on 9th floor. Just spend $25k on renovation few months ago. Nice quiet condo with food court, clinic, dentist, supermarket across the road. A few bus stops nearby. Shuttle bus to Tampines MRT provided by condo. Refer to floor plan bedroom 2 and bath 2. Room includes queen size bed with storage, ceiling fan, air conditioned and en-suite bathroom. Unit includes balcony with zip track, Yale digital lock, microwave, oven, cooking hob, washer dryer, built-in shoe cabinet, sofa bed, and lots of built in storage space.
About the roomies
I am only in Singapore for 3 to 4 days every 2 weeks or sometimes less than that. Technically you get the whole place to yourself. So why pay more for a studio? No funny rules. Just need to make sure the house is clean and tidy.
