I’m Mrs Lim. Info: nine1289191. My overseas tenant from Israel will leave shortly. If you need reference, please let me know. Are you ok staying in landed property? The rooms are located on 3rd floor.

2 rooms on level 3 are available for rental. Lots of privacy. Some info:

1. (a) 1st Room ensuite (about 600 ft2) - fully furnished, aircon, Wifi, attached bathroom, balcony, walk in wardrobe. Rental $2,500 per month. (b) 2nd Smaller room (about 300 ft2). Toilet located on ground floor & sole usage. Rental $1800 per month.
2. MRT (train) - nearest Yio Chu Kang (YCK) & its red line to Orchard Road etc. Take a bus service to train station is about 15 mins. Walking distance to bus stop from my home is about 800m. If you like, you can cycle. A spare bicycle is available and you have to check out condition as it is not used for some time.
3. Free carparking - if you drive, you can enjoy free parking.
4. Short term rental - will consider too. Some interns/students rent short term while searching for their dream accommodation after arrival in Singapore.
5. Nearby Facilities – if you exercise, you can visit Stadiums at Yio Chu Kang (YCK) stadium & Nanyang Polytechnic. Playground from my home is about 200 to 300 m walk.
6. My family profile-hubby, adult daughter, a furbaby (puppy) & a helper.

Last but not least, quiet ambience & suitable for professionals & students too. The estate is very safe. If you wish to consider housekeeping services eg laundry and cleaning services, the fees is nominal.
