About the room
HDB common room, with cupboard, aircon, ceiling fan, study table/chair, and a single bed. Mattress is available but please prepare own mattress if you are concerned about hygiene. The digital drum set in the photo will be removed upon tenancy. A single bed will be provided which is not shown in the photo.
It is a 5-room HDB point-block flat, only 4 units on each floor, you will have the privacy you need. High floor, north-south facing and windy whole year.
Full of amenities, e.g. near block 58 and block 16 marketplace, many coffee shops, hawker centres and shops around, there is a grocery store right downstairs. Two bus stops to Bedok and Tanah Merah MRTs and Bedok Mall. 5-8 minutes walk to nearest bus stop and 10-15 minutes walk to Bedok Central area. Direct bus to Changi Airport.
No cooking, no visitor, no smoking.
About the roomies
We are a small Chinese family with one child in her primary school, and two hamsters. We are friendly, easy-going and tidy people.
