Common room in a 2 bedder quiet condo with full facilities (there are 6 swimming pools including a sky pool so you dont ever feel over crowded… tennis courts, gym). Room is furnished with desk, ceiling fan, aircon, wardrobe and a comfortable super single mattress (getting a bedframe soon). There are two toilets so no need to share. The place is on a high floor so at certain times of the year it gets quite a windy sea breeze. The development is set up as a lush garden with huge ancient trees so you can take evening strolls around the grounds. The place is 8 mins walk to Tanah Merah MRT. There are buses for 10 mins to Bayshore station of the TEL. Across the road 5 mins walk away there is a small hawker centre and wet market which i enjoy as it is lively but not too crowded. There are plenty of coffee shops, a Subway sandwich outlet, a neighbourhood japanese joint, a prata shop and a small NTUC supermarket. Food is therefore within easy reach without a need to call delivery. The east coast beach is just 30 mins leisurely jog away on quiet small lanes. If you dont jog, there is a bus that takes you near there. Light cooking is possible. Ideal for short term while you seek for a longer term accommodation. Looking for someone who is matured in thinking, cleans up, easy going and who likes privacy and a restful environment.
