Family of 4 here looking for a tenant. We’re pretty easy going peeps here. Our last tenant stayed with us for 6 years! We look to build a comfortable relationship with you too over the years.
Sorry boys we’d prefer to have ladies occupying our sweet lil room.
Located at 435B Fernvale Rd.
Kopitiam, Seletar Mall, LRT, Community Club with a food court are all as close as 2-3 minutes away!
As for now, we’re pretty easy with the rules/visitations. Also open to cooking, of course, with further consideration.
Internet + A/C + PUB + room = $900!
