THE HOUSE The house is well-maintained and located close to the beach, public transport island-wide. Each bedroom is spacious enough to share with another room-mate if there are two of you. Visitors, cooking, music, and barbecues are allowed. We have a washing machine and a dryer. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and induction stove. There is ample space to entertain on the front porch and backyard.

COMMON BEDROOM The spacious common room has generous storage in a full wall-length wardrobe. The size of this room exceeds most rooms in apartments. High ceilings make the room feel large and spacious. The resort-styled windows that let in a plenty natural light are also installed with black-out blinds for a good night’s sleep. You will share a clean bathroom with another housemate.
TRANSPORTATION Cycle, walk or take a short bus-ride to East Coast beach. We are just a few bus-stops away from Parkway Parade or Bedok MRT Station or groceries. Access direct public buses to town, western or eastern Singapore, with just a short stroll to the main road. A 24-hour NTUC and Cold Storage is just down the road.
PLEASE NOTE: *Tenancy period can be negotiated, with priority to longer tenures. *Listed rent excludes utilities, wifi and gardening that is split among 6 tenants.
ABOUT MY ROOMIES: My current 5 housemates are an international mix who travel quite a bit and are warm and welcoming. They are also animal and plant-friendly.
