I have a 4 room HDB flat in a quiet estate (Hougang) where I am currently staying in. For those who want some quiet and not directly next to a coffee shop but also not too far from amenities- and a relatively biggie space.

Common bedroom for rent, to use kitchen toilet.

1. ~20 min walk to Hougang MRT & Kovan MRT
2. Direct buses to Hougang and Kovan MRT and also the east (bus 854,25,55).
3. Walking distance from the stadium if running is your thing, and there are coffee shops nearby.
4. 👩‍⚕️ Not too far if you’re working at Bright Vision Hospital, MINDS, IMH…healthcare workers very welcome.
5. Partially furnished (has queen bed, wardrobe) and fan.
6. No aircon.
7. No visitors.
8. Old and quiet neighbourhood

I’m ok for you to bring your own external fan/air cooler.

WiFi included.

Singles preferred - but, I know many lgbt brothers and sisters need a place, if you just need a place to lodge while figuring out long term accommodation, we can discuss and see where to go from here. No pets. All religions/prayers are welcome. Light cooking okie.

Minimum 6 month contract as per HDB regulations, and must agree to submit your details to HDB. Deposit: 1 month. (i.e. 2 months upfront >> neg for very serious interests, pls feel free to chat and discuss).

Renewals done on 6 monthly basis.

No other roomies- I am a female, I stay, but my family and friends visit. I have no pets. I am local, Indian.
