Hello! I’m looking for female tenant/s who wants to rent a common room. Short term is possible.

About me: I’m a female👩🏻‍💼 in my mid 30s (working professional) and I love my dog🐶 to bits so being a dog lover is extremely important to me. She bark at weird noises outside the house and when people leave or enter the house. Other than that, she’s a total cutie pie ❤. I am extremely house proud so my house is super clean. No worries about doggo stench lingering at home! No strange rules here.

What my little crib can offer you: Location: Punggol (4-room BTO, Master bedroom is occupied by myself). Low level (good Fengshui- got hire fengshui master 🤣), facing Punggol Waterway Park and walking distance to LRT, bus stop, Waterway Point (~7min walk) and Punggol Safra.

This room comes with built-in wardrobe, two single pull out bed and makeup table.

Random Info: Utilities, air-con and Wi-Fi included. Laundry wash twice a week. Light cooking okay.
