Laguna 88 - Condo (1,360 sqft) We are looking for a housemate to occupy a spacious common room! Available to move in from October 1. Bills for electricity and monthly professional cleaning of the common areas will be shared equally between four people.
The unit is a furnished 3-bedroom condo, with facilities such as pool, and gym. Common room is partially furnished with a single bed and study table, as well as a built in closet and cabinets. All rooms have air conditioning unit, including the living room. Walking distance to bus stop, Bedok Food Centre, Cold Storage, 7/11, etc.
Cooking and visitors allowed.

Easy-going group of three girls in our late-20’s. Dani and Ash are a couple who are occupying the master bedroom, while Weiqi is occupying one out of the two common rooms. We have 2 cats staying with us as well!
We value cleanliness and would love to have someone who would treat the place as their own. Mutual respect and open communication are important for us too! We sometimes like to host dinners or have friends over from time to time but we will quieten down by 11pm.
We are working in the media/production industry so our working hours can be irregular at times.
