Master Bedroom with ensuite toilet in the East, that would be available from beginning 1 August 2025. The room is furnished, although if there are plans to furnish with your own furniture please let us know!
This is a spacious landed property that is well connected via bus, the nearest bus stop is within a 3-5 min walk with Eunos MRT is about 2 bus stops away. Nearest station is between Kaki Bukit and Ubi MRT, roughly 10-15 min walk to either station.
We take turns to clean the common areas in the house. We have a washing machine, no dryer but there is sufficient space for drying.

There are currently 3 of us (and a cat) co-sharing the space. We are light to medium cookers and are a non-smoking household.
We’re open to having visitors and friends as sometimes we host small gatherings and events at our space. Sometimes we have meals together if the time permits.
We hope to find someone who is able to stay long term with us. If you are looking for a quiet neighbourhood, a large spacious room and enjoy a mix of both art, music and a garden, it’ll be a wonderful fit 🤗
