Everything is within 2-3 mins walk: 24/7 Cold Storage, 711, Fairprice, Wine Connection, popular coffee shops and food courts, McDonalds, Subway, and not forgetting the iconic stretch of quaint, charming cafes and restaurant (chill to your heart’s content!) just at the doorstep! What’s more: clinics, dentists, raffles clinic, salons, plenty of buses nearby to get to anywhere in town.

Oh yeah, walk 9 mins to the beach :)

Its a very bright, neat and minimalist space feels very open with nice views. The room is quiet with a seldom shared bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped and you’re welcome to use the appliances. Come over and view to appreciate the space.

For short term, bills may be included. We can include WiFi and even water, but electricity rate has been going up lately and including electricity might encourage blasting AC with door open…so… :(

Fully furnished with queen-size bed and built-in wardrobe too. Slightly negotiable. Contact me for more photos of the house/room. :)

2 friendly quiet professionals who bakes & cooks. A cute cat is supervising the place. We are neat and clean, and trying to keep it a peaceful sanctuary :) Good thing this place gives a house/resort kind of feel where you rarely hear any neighbor (above nor below). It’s a gem for the right personality. Short term possible.
