Nice fully furnished 2 common bedrooms in a private condo apartment, high floor with pretty unobstructed views of landed properties and sea on the east coast of Singapore, Marine Parade/Siglap road next to the sea/beach and East coast park, cycling trails and sea sports, eateries, etc. Free 1 (one) available 24 hours round the clock daily car park lot upon reservation. And a few visitor car park lots (a few hours per entry ) on first come first serve basis. Please see all the photos already posted online on roomies.com.

(Open to suitable single female or 2 or 3 females and trained pets, up to 2 trained pets allowed !! - Immediate available - First Come, First Serve basis OR until all rooms and bed spaces are taken .

(Prefer roomie/housemate who can move in immediately or within the week or two, as this location is popular). It is on first come, first serve basis for the suitable roomie who puts down the deposit of 1 month security deposit (nego) and 1 month advance rent. Minimum stay of 3 months only. Roomie can extend stay later and onwards if roomie want and if the place is still available, etc. On first come, first serve basis, while there is still room or spaces available. **************************************************** Presently only one other female techie working consisting of 1 female techie is staying in the apartment. Maximum 3 or 4 female housemates only. All occupants or roomies/housemates and own private space with own bed OR own room with bed on first come first serve basis. All will share the common spaces of the apartment comprising of living room with sofabed, with large scenic balcony, a bathroom n water heater n shower set, a well equipped kitchen with washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, pots, plates, bowls, chop sticks, spoons, pots, pan, etc, rice cooker, water heater, induction cooker etc, large open balcony with amazing views of partial east coast sea and unblocked views of siglap plains. And share within the estate, the access n use of the full condo facilities eg, large Olympic size swimming pool, 4 tennis courts, 2 squash courts, 1 table tennis, wet and dry steam rooms, 60 pax seminar room, on site super mart grocery store, family fusion restaurant, dental clinic, unisex hair saloon, children n nursery kindergarten, children art workshops, lush green n floral garden n walks within this large condo estate near marine parade n siglap road next to the east coast park and sea and beach. And 3 bus stops to katong and parkway parade. Many buses pass by the bus stop outside the condo.. Bus 13, 16, 31, 36, 43, 47, 48, 55, 196, 197, etc …If one We rent out floor bed spaces or floor mattresses or floor airbeds in the apartment OR a common bedroom with 2.4 metre high wall partition containing 2 single standard beds, OR another larger bedroom with ceiling to floor wall (containing the queen bed for 2 to 3 pax and a foldable raised single bed with mattress, chair, small table, wall mirror, etc). But everyone in the apartment ( 3 to 5 persons, and 3 trained pets, max) will share the bathroom and share/split the monthly water and electricity utilities and high speed WIFI fibre broadband. Every roomie will have access and share the common areas of the apartment such as the large balcony with scenic views of partial sea and unblocked siglap landed properties and 270 degree bird eye views from the balcony and enjoy panoramic views of many parts of Singapore as far as Marina bay sands, Bukit Timah hill, surrounding islands. There is also a well equipped kitchen with induction stove, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, cutleries, pots, pans, etc, living room, and access to the condo facilities downstairs consisting of Olympic size swimming pool, bbq huts, squash, tennis, 50 to 60 pax seminar room, on site large grocery shop, unisex hair dresser, kindergarten, childcare, children artistry workshops, clubhouse with hot n dry steam baths etc.

Three (3) Options For Roomies to select from:- –––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––(All 3 options below are negotiable) No owner/landlord stay. Everyone is a roomie or housemate with one main tenant/main roomie.

( Option 1) - For immediate or within 1 to 2 weeks to move in, a private high enclosed partitioned (2.4 metres high) smaller room with 2 single beds ($665 per person per single bed (Negotiable) in a sharing partitioned 2 single bed common space) OR 1 single bed with table and chair is $1,300 per month OR a queen bed partitioned off common room), Negotiable and refundable security deposit of $1,000 to reserve the room. There is also a floor mattress for one more person if needed. There is a nominal pet fee of $300 per month depending on number of trained pets, and if pets are trained or not, or size/weight of pets, etc. Please text me to discuss. Negotiable. Trained pets are welcome . If One chooses one single bed only in this room then it’s only $700 per single bed per month (Negotiable) and this space will be shared space with another person. And if you take the 2 single beds to join to be a queen bed in this room OR you take both the 2 separate beds then it will be $1,300 per room for this room (Negotiable) and you get to stay and enjoy condominium living too as you will have access to the full kitchen, living room, scenic balcony, the large garden and trails downstairs, tennis, squash, Olympic swimming pool,

( Option 2 ) - For immediate or within 1 to 2 weeks to move in….. A single bed for 1 person in a shared 2 single beds enclosed high partition wall (2.4 metre tall) room. $616 per month per person per bed (Negotiable). Security deposit is $700 per person per single bed (Negotiable) .There is a nominal pet fee of $300, depending on number of pets and if pets are trained or not, etc. Please let the host know if you are bringing pets (trained pets are welcome). We can accommodate up to 4 to 5 roomies /persons (max) at any one time in the apartment. And up to 2 trained pets per apartment. This apartment is on roomies rental sharing basis and utilities/ internet is included.

( Option 3 ) - For immediate or within 1 to 2 weeks to move in….. Another larger bedroom, with floor to ceiling concrete walls with a Queen bed for $1,800 (nego) for 1 person to $2,200 (Nego) for 3 persons sharing this room ( final rate depends on number of persons in the bedroom and number of trained pets), negotiable. This private bedroom has large windows and queen bed, + a single raised foldable single futon bed and floor to ceiling cupboard. There is also a spare single mattress if needed . Security deposit of 1 month for reservation/security deposit and is refundable at the end of the stay, if all went well/no damages during the stay duration. There are extra floor mattresses if needed. And space for another single bed in this larger bedroom if needed. Minimum stay is 3 months only. Room can be extended later on first come first serve basis!

The above high floor apartment with panoramic views, contains 2 common bedrooms. And the bathroom is shared amongst all the roomies in the condo apartment (max is 4 or 5 roomies in this apartment). Each common room has large sliding windows and ceiling fan, floor fan, air-con (when necessary). All roomies have free access to the living room with large scenic balcony overlooking partial sea n Siglap plains and unblocked private landed properties. Roomies have free access to the well equipped kitchen with small balcony, washing machine, microwave oven, stove n refrigerator, water boiler, cooking and eating utensils, etc. Wifi, water and electricity is included.

Going forward only, 4 to 5 roomies (max) roomies stay in the house at any one time. Trained pets are welcome and there is a small nominal/ additional charge ($200 to $300 per month) to accommodate them too.

*** Only 3 months minimum stay is required.*** And the stay can be mutually extended from 3rd month onwards on a month to month basis. And the monthly rental is always payable in advance.

++ All housemates /roomies and their pets will have access to the rest of the house, eg, bathroom, well- equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, kitchen yard, large high floor balcony with scenic view. And all roomies can enjoy the many varieties of condo recreational and relaxation, amenities eg, swimming pool, BBQ pits/huts in addition to enjoying the east coast park and sea and beach, etc, next door. This apartment is on rental sharing. There is also a popular dog park just across the road where many breeds of dogs would meet and play together with their minders !

All housemates will have access to the rest of the house, eg, shared bathroom, well- equipped kitchen, living room, kitchen yard, large high floor balcony with scenic view, and condo swimming pool, BBQ pits/huts, tennis, squash, table tennis, provided the I am around at home (I am usually at home as I work from home with my computer :) unless I am out for meetings, networking, etc).

4. Whole private apartment ’s rental is up to $4,500 per month, depending on stay duration, etc. Please contact me for other stay durations and rates etc. Longer term stays generally attracts lower rates and start date. Shorter stay durations generally attract higher monthly rentals and early start date. Security deposit is generally 1 month (negotiable) and monthly rental is payable in advance. Minimum rental period is 3 months. Notice period to terminate is 1 to 2 months both sides, as mutually agreeable, {negotiable).

I am a female techie working executive who love the outdoors and sports and no pets at the moment but you are welcome to bring your pets (maximum 2 or 3 trained pets). The condo is a private property and most residents are family types and many are working well mannered professional tenants of whole units or renting rooms. Many diverse nationalities from all over the world live here within this condo estate either as a family unit or a couple or single tenants and pet friendly, etc. *** Minimum stay is 3 months and renewable or extension possible after 3 months on first come first serve basis, if room is available ***
