• looking for a room in Clementi area, preferably near Commonwealth Ave/ Clementi Ave 2, Ave1, / West Coast Rd / Clementi West Street 1, 2 that is within a 30-minute walk to NUS Engineering, within 25 minutes to NUS Utown or close to Clementi MRT.

• Also open to options near Dover MRT, Jurong East MRT, Buona Vista MRT, Pasir Panjang Rd and One North( as long as it is within 30 minutes ride to nus engineering by public transport)

• Move in Date: End of July, latest by 1st Aug.

• Looking to stay on for long term (more than 1.5 years) if good. Looking for considerate and clean roommates/owners too.

• Prefer at least light cooking, will always clean up after use.

• Prefer normal rooms with window that are not partitioned. If the room is partitioned, it must be fully sealed to the ceiling.
