Hey there! 🦭 My friend May and I (Chai, 30, Physiotherapist) are looking for a rental in Punggol/Sengkang/Hougang. We’re hoping for an HDB with 3 bathrooms (one for each of us) and a budget of $1.2k per person (excluding utilities). Move-in date: Early April.🤟

We’re tidy, respectful, and chill—looking for a friendly home where everyone gets along. No smokers, but pets are welcome! Visitors are fine as long as we respect each other’s rest time (about 10ish PM).💪
