Hi there! We are looking for 1 pax to team up with us for a whole unit rental, Rent for common room $800-$1200 depending on market at that point of time.. Utilities are negotiable. ☺️

We will provide furnishings for Living Room and Kitchen as long as you take care of them well..

We prefer no pets.. thanks.

A little about us, we are a couple, usually stay home most of the times during our off days, watching drama or hosting mahjong sessions with our friends during our free time. Mostly will stay in living room but we will respect your privacy. We cook very often for our meals, you are welcome to join us if you’d like.

We are very friendly people and will mind our own things, we like to keep things clean and tidy as well.
