Perks of staying with me: free snacks/food, very lively and friendly vibes, occasionally you may see me walk out of my room dressed like an anime character

How I am as a tenant/housemate:

• working office hours, might spend time outside after work
• will likely be up from 6am to 2am
• cleans bathroom after use
• wash clothes once a week
• way too many stuffed toys and other collectibles
• doesn’t cook, may order delivery

What I’m looking for:

• a decent single room for less than $700
• can have visitors (rare, will discuss first)
• utilities included, prefer aircon but not necessary
