Heya! I’m a hotelier expat living in Singapore for more than 5yrs and I would like to have a place near my workplace (Kallang/Lavender/Jalan Besar/Chinatown/Bendemeer/or any place near the above mentioned locations). I only do night shift, so I guess we won’t be able to see each other that often? Lmao.

I believe in the phrase “you do you”. However, I’m really particular with the cleanliness of a person and not to mention that I like roomies who are quite organized :)

I’m quite an introvert with new people, but once we get to know each other, you can say that I’m helluvan extrovert; I’m a safe person to be with :)

I love cats and dogs, so I would love to welcome them as well if you have any. Please let me pet them, or cat-sit or dog-sit would also be fine with me!! :)

I don’t mind having smokers and drinkers with me since I can also join you if you’d want some company :)
